Sauté 1lb chicken (or protein of choice) in 1 tbsp paste with potatoes and veggies. Simmer with 1/2 cup coconut milk until cooked. Serve with roti (Malaysian flatbread found in Trader Joe’s frozen aisle, or at any Asian grocery store), fresh veggies and jasmine rice

This red curry paste is amazing — it's flavorful and perfectly balanced. I've tried so many that left me feeling like my dish was still missing something but not with grumpy ginger! It does all of the heavy lifting and can make even the quickest of meals taste impressive!
Repeat customer Love having these on hand- the flavor is delicious, the spicy is the perfect amount of heat and the mild is great for people who prefer it milder. We’ve created a variety of meals and soups and love how quick and easy they come together with just a spoonful or two of curry paste.
Haven't used the Mild yet, but the Spicy + coconut milk made an insanely delicious and complex tasting broth for a soup last week. Made my eyes water a bit when I added it to the sautéed vegetables, but that's both a personal problem and how I knew it was going to be stellar.
Recently used this curry paste to make chicken curry and the result was amazing. Tastes delicious with both rice and bread (roti). You only need 1/4th jar to cook 1.5-2 lbs of meat; that's great because you'll want to use this again and again. Highly recommend giving this a try. Cheers! :)
