What spice level should I pick? Spicy or Mild?
If curry is on your regular meal rotation and you crave that aromatic spice kick, get our spicy! Love the aromatics and bold flavors of curry but can’t stand the spice? The mild is made for you!
This is too spicy! What do I do?
A good trick to reduce the spice is to add some tomato paste, fresh tomatoes or more coconut milk (or all of the above!). The acidity and coconut flavors will balance out the heat.
What type of coconut milk should I use?
Full-fat coconut milk! You can find our favorite one on Umami Cart, Amazon or at any Asian grocery store. Regular will work fine too, but stay away from light coconut milk. The star of the show (just after Grumpy Ginger curry paste) is the coconut milk that will help bring your curry to the perfect consistency.
What else can I add in my Grumpy Ginger curry?
Traditionally, this curry goes with chicken thighs, potato chunks and tomato quarters. But it really is a blank canvas for your favorite protein and vegetables. The sky is the limit!
How long does your curry last?
Before you open it, pretty much forever. After you open it, as long as it’s refrigerated, it’ll last 3 - 6 months (though flavor may not be as bright the longer you wait).

Our curry doesn’t contain any major allergens, but our production facility does process milk, eggs, fish, nuts, wheat and soy.

We process all orders the day they're received. From there, the time it takes to arrive at your doorstep depends on your location - you'll receive tracking info after placing your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the U.S. If you’re elsewhere and desperately need some curry, email us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What is your return policy?
If you give it a try and aren’t completely thrilled, just let us know and we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked, other than to please let us know what you didn’t love so we can get better.
